Very kind and friendly service! I stopped to have a key cut and Krishnan went above and beyond to help me. I was getting a copy of a copy of the key which was a bit of a challenge to cut so he kindly went out with me to my car several times to make sure it was working properly.

I went to get my watch battery changed. They were very helpful and quick with changing the battery. They also recommended ideas of how to keep the quality of the watch. They have excellent customer service skills. They always give tips and advice everytime I go to their shop to buy or get something to fix. They are very friendly, helpful and always accomated my needs and wants. I would highly recommend this place.

It is so great to find someone where you can guarantee the keys they cut will always work. A good selection of gift ideas that can also be engraved while you wait. Shoe repairs with quality workmanship .This is the one stop shop with a genuine interest in satisfying their customers.

Spoke to Krishnan about shoe repair and was impressed with his knowledge and understanding of the subject. After trying to repair my own (multiple pairs) shoes with cheap shoe glue from the hardware store, Krishnan helped me make a decision which ultimately resulted in him repairing my shoes and saved me money, according to a cost/benefit analysis. Must be more than 1 member of staff as so many reviews are great. Today whilst rushing to get some Panadol for my wife who was suffering from a headache I thought I would drop a key to be cut and collect on my way back past. After standing for no more than 30 seconds and being ignored I moved across in front of the counter to let the Team member know I was wanted to attract their attention. He was not friendly and I asked how much it would be to get a key to be cut. I was told $10.90 so I offered to collect on my way back from Bargain Chemist and was told “no”. I wasn’t sure if he meant no to having the key cut. He said “no you can wait it won’t take more than 20 seconds, everyone is in such a rush nowadays”. I was so shocked. That told me!! His tone was poor, service rubbish, and I will not return, not sure if the key even works yet.

Krishnan, couldn't have been more helpful. He fitted a new car remote battery in 15 minutes, with a warranty and big smile. Totally recommend!
