I can't recommend Kate highly enough. She is absolutely gifted at what she does! I love that she incorporates hot stones into her remedial massages and that she always knows exactly what my body needs. I've also had an Access Bars treatment and I don't know what she does but I walked out of there feeling so blissful. Make a booking, you won't regret it!

Kate is wonderful, her massages are are spot on (not to hard, not to soft) & she's always so happy & enthusiastic (I'm not sure where she gets here energy from!).If you're not in a good mood when you go to see her you'll certainly end up in one! The shop also smells great due to her candles, what more could you ask for!

Kate's multi-skilled style of massage will sooth all your aches and pains. I am so grateful to have found her.

Seen a few therapists but no one was able to resolve the issue like Kate did. Carpal Tunnel eased off almost completely in one session and she also released the muscle tension in my legs and shoulders to allow my sporting endeavours to go next level. I seriously cannot reccomend this place enough.

Am not surprised Kate has only/all 5 star reviews! She is so lovely and amazingly talented. I have been to so many massage and spa services and have not been fully satisfied, as I’d still have sore and tight muscles. Kate listens and works to understand what your body needs. She was able to find and release muscles around my neck and shoulders. Which were causing headaches. I love how she also incorporates hot stones into her massages. And I just felt like I was on a cloud after. My body was so relaxed, and most importantly relieved from aches and pains. If you need a fix or are just looking for a calm and relaxing experience - Kate. Her work is rare, I cannot recommend her enough. I look forward to her returning back to Australia one day.

I was experiencing constant headaches and neck pain and she knew exactly what needed to be done to help me. Her rooms offer a relaxed, safe and warm feeling. I cannot wait for my next treatment!

Kate was able to fit me in at very short notice to give me a nice deep massage to get into some very painful spots but it really was the combination of Access Bars clearing along with her amazing massage that shifted the lingering blocks and pain in my neck and shoulder.Would thoroughly recommend Kate to anyone for her nurturing holistic integrated approach to any physical or emotional issue.

Kate is an exceptional and highly skilled massage therapist. Her bubbly demeanour with clients, her passion to understand the individual situation of each client, her ability to make people feel comfortable, her willingness to go the extra mile to foster healing and rehabilitation coupled with the calming way of being she brings to each session puts her in a league of her own. She would easily be the best massage therapist I've ever seen. If you endeavour to see someone who has mastered her craft then look no further. Couldn't recommend her highly enough! What a fabulous session with Kate yesterday! I don't often treat my body to a nice massage but it was exactly what it needed; soooo good, Kate topped it off with a nice Access Bars session which always quietens my over active monkey mind i love the sense of clarity and peace honestly I still feel super relaxed. I enjoyed Kate's warm and inviting space with the cutest wee dog. Highly recommend Kate she has a wealth of tools to use for what's ailing your body, mind and soul in a really safe space.
