Lovely young lady searched all over the premises just to find me 1 (extraordinarily delicious!) steak and cheese family pie when they were sold out of both fresh and frozen ones in the shop, and searched high and low and found one for me! Over and above customer service. Thank you!

Coming from over seas a must try out! good old kiwi recipes bakery food. Recommend back n egg followed by cream bun and raspberry jam. Coffee!

Love Coupland's, the staff is friendly and good at putting the customers through at the register which is good when you in a hurray. I like to buy their frozen pies which are usually cheaper than the chilled and such a great price when on special. I also like to buy their specialty breads 'Our Southern Plains' Honey & Oats and the Soy & Linseed. The have no added sugar, preservatives, artificial colours or flavors.

An excellent bakery with very good quality products.Their pre-sliced bread is some of the highest quality in Dunedin and is easily the best price for a high quality loaf.They also have great slices, bisquits, and cakes. They also have great pre-made sandwiches and buns for when you need something for lunch.The only issue with them is that their parking lot is not really big enough given the fact that their are three or four other shops that all use the same carpark. So each store has around five parks available for it, and it can be very difficult to find a park when they are busy.
