AA Insurance Customer Service Centre - Auckland South

I’ve been on hold for 20 minutes. Sitting in the car. Full reception. Operator answers, asks me my claim number. Hangs up on me and doesn’t ring back. This is after AMI writes off my car without telling me. Absolutely disgusting. I have a job and work to do, and now I’m told it’s another 20 minute wait. Disgusting for a supposed top brand. Is this how you treat loyal customers of over 28 years?????

Wanting to speak to someone regarding Public liability insurance.10 yrs membership, why dont they awnser there phone, have been calling since 2.30 pm today, waited 1 hour and left my name and contact details online, that they would ring back.5.45 pm they closed at 5. pm thought i would speak to someone for waiting another 1 hr plus, unbeliviable i am sure if i dont hang up this machine will keep me on line all night.its unacceptable service, people get sick of it, and never say anything, so today i will inform you of your service.i will be personally walking into shop tomorrow at the only one. PENROSE PENROSE PENROSE my favourite number.would you like to leave message on all night to prove poor service. bad management not even aware of this. had enough hanging up

Worse customer service I have come across. No empathy or common sense when you're in critical situation.

Rang AA Insurance to sort out an issue with my policies. Didn't have to wait long and my issues were handled efficiently.

One of the worst customer experiences you’ll face. Charged a premium for a plumber, we paid on the same day. A few days later, the the same issues comes back. I requested for a revisit, it is now 14 days and they still haven’t scheduled for someone to come! They stopped responding to emails about a week ago. Pathetic of a service, careless and no empathy, especially for something as important as this! We’ve started searching for alternatives.

Been here three times and every time there has been bad communication between the customer service team and the people you deal with at the front desk when dropping off or picking up a vehicle.

Awesome customer service from David. He helped me sort out my insurance, explained everything in detail. For the wait time I did not have to wait long at all! Amazing service!
