Its needs to cleaned often as it gets really messy in there. Also regular maintenance on your machines. I went yesterday and the dryer wasnt working properly my clothes were still wet after 48 minutes. Other than that its not too bad

Just put $1 in to the dryer to add minutes on my washing, without pushing any buttons the wrong dryer turned on. Called customer service and the first lady (Mel) I spoke to said to call back and they'd do it when the cycle was done, so i called back a 2nd time and the next lady refused to refund my money or even turn the right machine on. Poor customer service and machines aren't as hot as laundromat down the road.Never going back there again rip off

All the dryers I went to weren't working and didn't have a sign to say that it wasn't working.I would give this laundromat a 0 stars but they don't have it.

Just bring coins as sometimes changing notes to coin, machine is out of order.

Probably the worse laundromat in all of AucklandNot only do the machines not work but they don't display any signs to warn you about it, two out of the three larger machines wouldn't allow me to put money into the coin slot and the third one had a broken starter button and I had to move my washing from two of them and put them in the only one that worked!Frustrating as and who has time for that
