Came here for drinks with friends, lovely atmosphere, and the waiter was a delight to talk to. Will be here again

Had a really uncomfortable experience with the manager. He was very rude and demeaning to my friends and I when we came in for some drinks. We had 2 seperate groups of girls tell us that he had been awful to them too that night. I did reach out privately in order for the issue to be resolved but I was never contacted by them in the end. I was very surprised to find out this is the manager, when I had never experienced such awful service. I would not want him working and representing my business. Won’t be back, and don’t recommend.

Fantastic cocktails! I had the Peach and Rhubarb Tart, which was exceptional. I also had the Chicken Waldorf Salad, which was also delicious! Very professional and polite staff. Would definitely recommend this establishment.

We had amazing cocktails and Alan was the absolute best! The space, yes it is small but its a cool hidden bar with great cocktail makers and a little outdoor area which is well done.Come before 10pm as the young crowd will almost seat on your lap ... but that has nothing to do with the service nor the delivery of the cocktails.Awesome! Cheers

Server was by himself on a busy Wednesday. He was very friendly but service was unavoidably slow due to lack of staff. I had a corpse reviver no2, which was delicious but it took 40 minutes to get here.

Came in ready to spend a lot as was coming with friends for a celebration. We placed our order and the rude waiter came and put the drinks down and as soon as he did I accidentally knocked it with my hand. I get it that the glass broke and there was alcohol inside the glass but to charge me $18 for a drink I didn’t even get to have one sip is just ridiculous. I have been to woof in dunedin where my friend had split his drink and the manager saw and straight away came over saying he would replace it.You would expect better service from a nicer place like this. It’s not like it was a $200 bottle that spilt I mean come on. Will definitely not return.
