Frank paid attention to the details and put effort into finding the best solution. I felt he was genuinely interested in his clients as people and presented and explained information thoroughly and respectfully. I was pleasantly surprised when he followed up a few years later to see what our situation was and to offer options available to us! I wholeheartedly recommend having a discussion with Frank if you need a mortgage, or even if you just want to review your current mortgage situation.
