He worked with us to write Terms and Conditions specifically for our business and they have been great whenever we need to check out any prospective clients and to ensure that we are always going to end up on the secured creditor list. Now better understanding our actual credit risk has much better allowed us to choose what work to avoid and this has had a good impact on bad debts and our cashflow.
