The flooding was unbelievable. This walk is usually a difference with tracks River bridge motorway. This day the park was under water.

Off leash for ball throwing, not muddy, good path and parking, plenty of rubbish bins, easy walk over bridge for longer on leash walk.

Kukuwai Park (Hendon Avenue Reserve)
A nice open space park with plenty of grass and a pathway around the park as well as connecting to the car park around the motorway side of the park. There's a lovely bridge connecting Kukuwai Park with Hendon Park across the motorway; shared between pedestrian and cyclist. A lovely place to exercise as well as to walk the dog.
