We have sent 2 of our kids to Creators, and our youngest is starting soon. Since day one we have felt warmly welcomed into the Creator’s whanau. The Creators philosophy aligns perfectly with our parenting, it has instilled in them a sense of identity and the confidence to express themselves, and encouraged their curiosity and problem solving skills. The kaiako put in so much effort, not only in the care of our tamariki but also into organizing events to create a wonderful community within the centres. I know full well how much of their own time the team ardently commit to these fantastic events, it’s obvious how passionate they are about what they do.

We have been with Creators since 2016 when our eldest started in the pēpi room at Creators Grandview. From the very first time we walked through the doors we were made to feel a part of the Creators whānau. Over the years we have repeatedly been blown away by the level of commitment and passion shown by the Creators team. Our nearly-3-year-old has been going to Creators Forest Lake for around two years now. Every single drop off she runs into daycare beaming, knowing she gets to spend the day with her Creators whānau. As a parent all you want to is feel like wherever you leave your child they will be loved and cared for as if they are with family. And that is exactly the case with Creators. We can’t wait for our 3rd child to start in the pēpi room in November, he is already made to feel part of the whānau as they have watched him grow and without hesitation we took a spot for him as soon as there was one available! It is also very clear the lasting impact the children have on the team as well, we have seen with our eldest who has been at school for nearly 3 years now, the genuine excitement from all of the staff to see him and catch up with his latest antics (or answer his burning questions he has saved up for them) again just reinforce’s the family that we are apart of, and that doesn’t end when the kids go off to school. We love their philosophy of encouraging our kids to explore the world around them and have no doubt that our son’s smooth transition into school life was made so largely due to the tools given to him by the kaiako at Creators. All of our kids have been excitedly watching the construction progress of the new Forest Lake centre, and can’t wait for all the new memories to be made there. We would never hesitate is recommending any of the Creators centre’s to any of our friends or family who are looking for a childcare centre.

I love the care my child receives here. Everyone here are so lovely. Everyone looks out for all the kids not just designated teachers so the feeling is very family like. When I've needed some flexibility they have always been obliging. My daughter loves her days here!I would definitely recommend Creators on Grandview to anyone.

Fantastic small whanau orientated centre. The staff are friendly, accommodating and it is obvious they care deeply for the children. (Beyond their employee obligations.)The spaces are modern and orientated for wonderful sun -opening up onto secure outdoor play areas.Highly recommend.

An invoice reminder notice would have sufficed. Wouldn’t engage with this organisation again after this invoicing experience; unreasonable and did not act in good faith. Plenty of other in-home care organisations around that do demonstrate caring values towards families.
