Kz was very helpful & friendly didn't push buying or pushing the expensive gear infact quite the opposite he took the time to get to know what it was that we wanted to get out of fishing where we are looking at going fishing helped to give us what was going to work for us & then encouraged us to send photos & made it known that if we had any questions to just reach out & ask
