Brought a pair of earrings from the Riccarton shop which next to food court, and had the worst service. The lady in the shop acted I soo arrogant! NO hi, NO thanks, even NO reaction when I was trying to talk to her!!

Hi there I just wanted to leave an review about the amazing Kaylee.She was absolutely great and talked me through the ear piercing process!I felt well informed and also safe because of how comfortable she made me feel!Painless service and amazing customer service! I will definitely will be going there again. ☺️ I 100% percent recommend her service for anyone who is looking to get their piercing done.☺️

One of the girls were extremely rude and kept pressuring me and my daughter (who was nervous/ happy to have her second piercing done) to do it quickly. I don’t think she has a minimum touch of empathy and skills towards other people. The worst experience we’ve ever had. :(

Spent 48 dollars on 2 sets kids hair clips and a nose stud got home and opened it every single bloody thing has broken nose stuff broke as soon as I took it out if packet and same with the pom pom hair clips and the only one hair clip out if the pack of 5 is still OK!!!!!!

I bought a hair claw from them a week ago and right after I got home it was broken. What a poor quality!When I tried to pay by card they told me their machine has down so I paid cash and left without receipt. I don’t go to riccarton often so I went to Hornby branch to let them swap one for me and they said they need receipt. Fair enough. Then I tried to call the riccarton store forever just nobody answer at all! I went back to Hornby branch they said they will give a call and get back to me. But after a week I heard nothing from them. So when I back to Hornby I went there for the update they told me they couldn’t find my receipt. I told them the date and time I shopped in the mall which was really easy to locate my receipt but they just couldn’t find? The staff told me I could just purchase another one?I’m so disappointed. Apparently I don’t have enough money to let them to waste and I cherish everything I have picked and purchased. I will never ever go back again.

Really disappointed for a store that allows people who are not vaccinated to buy from the store but wont allow a child to get pierced if the parent doesnt have a vaccine pass?!Let alone at a piercing station" that is not sanitary by any means being in the actual public store area right by the front of the shop entrance facing out a window that can be touched by any person who goes in and out of the store !!!it should be a sanitary self contained area for hygiene reasons for a startBut asking a parent for a vaccine pass when it's not them getting pierced and the environment isnt essentially clean to start with since it is open and can be touch by any person vaccinated or not seems ridiculousNot one sign or mention on the website either about requiring a vaccine pass to sign a form for a child to get pierced!Also might be a good idea to read the ministry of health's guidelines to piercings and tattooing there are a number of improvements that should be made sterile gloves for a start and a self contained piercing area that is not going to be contaminated by every person who comes in the store and is private not a show booth for the whole mall to see!If I was currently working in body piercing I would have done my daughters ears myself but seems I would be doing a much safer cleaner piercing if I did just do them myself instead of having blind faith that a shop that offers piercings would be up to basic standards."

Bought some very lovely earrings here at a great price, but I was a bit shocked by the customer service. Girl was stone-faced, no greeting, no smile, nada. Looked annoyed that I interrupted whatever she was doing. Maybe she was just having a bad day but it wasn’t a good experience. Great range of jewellery but a real shame about that sales assistant. I hope your future customers are treated with a bit more friendliness.

I took my daughter for ear piercing, over the phone some one said they are ok to dofor 3yrs old. When I went to the store they are deny to do 3 yrs old. What a rubbish service.

I went yesterday (14/08/22) at the Lovisa store for a ear piercing and I had an amazing experience. Holly was the one that helped me. She was very friendly. I highly recommend her service.
