The service itself was OK. My follow up call on delivery from Auckland, I never received the call back but I received the text after it was too late to collect on the Friday. Unfortunately for the shoe cabinet we bought - what we paid - I was disappointed. The instructions are basic, parts aren't labeled. Not all holes were drilled as shown in the instructions and the shoe cabinet was wobbly after assembly. All these things we could make modifications to make it work. Quality on the paint (even though it's inside facing) had some bumps - but as it was inside it's not noticeable. It really looks pretty and in the end is still functional. In the future I will be selective on what I choose from this store.

We have bought a sofa from ifurniture and in less than a year the wood got damaged from inside. It is also making noise. I have raised this issue to the Hamilton shop but they said to ask this to customer service. Then I tried that as well. They said we will look into this issue but I did not receive any update on that. I have also sent one short video of the broken sofa making noise but still couldn’t here back from them yet. I had a very bad experience with ifurniture and will not go to buy anything or recommend it to anyone

Items starting falling apart and coverings peeling off after 1 week and the store was notified. Asked for refund as they told me it was the styling, which it was not. Was a big hassel and had to get a 3rd party involved to get it sorted as they wouldn't answer me. Never dealing with them again.

Unprofessional customer service by the first person , he has just ignored our inquiries , had to look for another customer service person in store to get the information we wanted . The second person was very helpful and gave the information we are looking for.This is not a good look ,so this is the reason for 2 stars.

Package dimensions were not mentioned on product page, contacted chat support, the took my email to later send me the dimensions, next day contacted again and same thing happened, twice raised the issue on customer portal, but still they say that warehouse staff doesn't have 30 seconds to measure and respond customer request. What a joke.So they told me the package dimensions on the day of pickup and when we called twice, and raised the issue 4-5 times, and I came to know that the size won't fit in the Citihop Hiace Cargo Van that I booked for an hour, in one go. So I will have to do 2 trips, and exceed the booking. at the same time I was looking to book delivery but their call canter wasn't confirming or committing or even informing about the delivery date before the payment, the same tactic they used when I asked for the dimensions (you pay then we will let you know I paid on Wednesday and till Monday night they didn't had the dimensions handy). they were saying that it will go back to auckland and will be delivered in 7-10 working days.Overall experience is worst, was thinking to buy a mattress and a bed as well, but will look elsewhere now, that wasn't the experience I was expecting. I guess its better to buy what's insotre and pickup the same day, don't go for any future commitments,I am still sceptical about the quality of the product, hope it will be better than the quality of Service.They don't have any public feedback system, so putting the feedback on google maps and trustpilot, so other customers should know what they are opting for.For Ifurniture management, if they pay attention to customer reviews, I guess once the order confirms they should provide local delaer's/warehouse number from where customers can get correct and upto date info instead of bumping heads with offshore customer service rep who doesn't have most of the information about the shipping delivery and product apart of what's listed on the website. or the offshore team should have ability to connect the local team with customer.

Efficient!Store didn't have item in stock, but within 5 minutes they created an order for it to be brought over... and within 2 days received the item. Payment was at delivery.

Service was ok but the couch I bought only lasted 6mths. Ended up with massive dents in couch, I weigh 50kgs so pretty tiny lady so shouldn't have happened. Charge heaps for cheaply made furniture. Won't buy again

Weird that they don't have a store phone number.. so you are instantly transferred to the call center to deal with matters. The store was cluttered and where the reception was.. it was untidy and the floor was dirty. Pretty cluttered. Computers were playing up so that was awkward lol but service was nice. And happy with my purchase.

Very good online furniture purchase site, have been to there onehunga warehouse, good pricing have brought a mattress from them in the past. Zia served me on the online chat was quick and efficient helped to book in my order for pickup.Picked up and assembled my comfy Office seat without a hitch as a replacement for my old clapped out one. Thanks guys.

Went there 3 times and they have my $63 credit and they asked me to email customer service which I did and followed up multiple times with no response or help. Their customer care did not reply any of the emails and the people at the shop are equally not helpful.Extremely disappointed and would rate them 0. Poor service
