No House of Travel store in our city. We booked a trip online and then had trouble getting our tickets etc. Drove an hour to try to talk to someone face to face and was told online is online

Went to House of Travel and booked 2 connecting flights with my wife and I. Linley was rude to deal with and booked us separately in different seats for each flight despite the iterinary given. Fortunately the AirNZ team changed our booking on the day and put us together. I have another flight booked as well, hopefully if it goes well I can edit this review positively.

Totally unhelpful. I had a simple yes or no travel question regarding travel to Australia, and because I hadn't booked with them, they refused to answer it. Not sure at what point anyone walking through a door to a service provider had to qualify to have a question answered. Will be sure any future travel plans that will require an agent wont include them. Really poor customer service in a post COVID world when travel has been so badly affected.

I was able to get a last minute ticket on their bus trip to see Elton John at The Mission. They were very accommodating with keeping the ticket aside until the auctions on Trademe that I was bidding for tickets had finished, unsuccessfully for me.Have booked with them for Rod Stewart at The Mission as I was very impressed with the organisation of the trip
