The cafe is really good.Quick service.Ordered poached eggs with bread and bacon ( simple but delicious)Friendly staff :D

Our visit to the Chelsea Sugar Factory was a very disappointing experience. The disturbing thing is that my daughter and I experienced an incident that felt deeply prejudiced. The driver and guide insisted that we vacate the front row, basically yelling at us “she said no one sits on the front row!!!”. We obliged, relocating to the back, only to see our seats promptly given by the guide to two other guests, both blonde. The blatant inconsistency left us feeling deeply wronged and discriminated against.This experience left us with a bitter taste after visiting Chelsea Sugar, it certainly fell short of the inclusive and customer-friendly environment that one would expect from such a renowned establishment such as Chelsea Sugar.

I bought one of their products because there was a fancy tempting sticker on it to win a share of $50,000 today. When attempting to enter the draw I got a message that the promotion was ended 09/22. This is a fraud in my opinion, you tempt a customer to buy a product based on a a false alarm! Either recall those with stitches or continue promoting until those with a sticker are all sold!

Good coffee and food but the front of house guy wouldn’t let my friend and I pay for our coffees and a brioche separately.. absolutely ridiculous… won’t come back unfortunately

Great little place to sit outside and enjoy the great views of Auckland, good well priced menu. Real pain that to sit outside you have to have take away, which is not very good as using takeaway containers, takeaway cups, plastic knives and plastic forks which may be compostable but a huge waste. Server was quite pushy too trying to upgrade us all the time

We came for lunch last Sunday. The wait time for our table wasn’t bad considering the amount of people there enjoying the beautiful weather. We really enjoyed the selection of food and purchased some of the delicious cabinet food to take home. We had booked in for the Cup Cake decorating class which we really enjoyed. Rae our tutor was just lovely and made it a very relaxed, no pressure learning environment which helped us enjoy our afternoon. We were surprised how quickly we achieved the skills and tips she taught. We highly recommend the class & cafe and look forward to doing it again. Thanks Rae, you are an amazing teacher and the perfect person for this role.
