Factory style international conglomerate. Ok if you are older with natural hearing loss. They'll pump out a mediocre product. Anything more complex though, Not their forte. Like the 'fast food' version of hearing products. Staff are friendly, but that doesn't help the hearing. Shop around, it's a competitive industry. Plenty to choose from
