Second time iv been here really good quality service and cheap and quick, I came in for a new phone and it only took 20 minutes even better was it was so cheap. They also gave me a free screen protector lol. Highly recommend!!!!!!

Great communication and price for replacing my cracked screen.

I have an unusual phone and had to call so many places to find one that had a battery for it. Called these guys and they didn't hesitate, had the battery in stock and could replace within 2h kn the day. Wow! Amazing service. Highly recommend! Also my phones battery change makes a huge difference now. Thanks so much

I would not recommend this company. I had a battery replacement and whatever they used to seal the phone back up has seeped into back of phone cover and probably inside of phone also. I sent a text to Arthur with damage to phone and I was ignored. I sent a email and he replied telling me to use the number i had originally text him on as other number was playing up I have had the run around from this company. He charges $50 for a samsung battery which they range from $19 - $29. Bare in mind the battery was replaced on the 1st October 2021 he sent me a invoice for the battery that was purchased. The purchase date on the invoice was for 23rd September 2021 I would definatly not recommend this company as they are full of lies and cause damage to your goods. To all those that have had no problems you must be the lucky ones. I will be taking my phone to someone else to see what other damage inside the phone has been done. What they have done is a very poor job on my phone customer service is really bad. 2months later the back is falling off. I AM GOING TO CONTACT FAIR GO ABOUT THIS

PLEASE DON’T USE THIS PLACEWe took 2 phones there to get fixed for a cheap price HOWEVER after a few weeks the touch recognition didn’t work at all. Couldn’t unlock the phone or go on anything as the screen wasn’t working at all.Went to Dr Mobile and he opened the phone, instead of screwing the screen in when it was fixed, they used a sticker to hold it in place and thy used a ‘copy’ of the iPhone screen which is why it wasn’t working.Do not use this place, it is cheap, however it isn’t done properly and not professionally.

I wouldn't take anything there again.I don't think they are trying to be difficult or anything like that, just a bit incompetent.My experience:1. I had a cracked screen for a Huawei Nova 5t, brought it in for repair Tuesday, was ready 4 hours later - good. A bit of glue residue and lever marks when I got it back but on par with the price of $140. I walked away satisfactorily.2. Screen failed on Sunday. Took it in for repair at 930am Monday morning. It was going to be ready again that afternoon. Annoying but not thier fault, things fail sometimes. Loan phone they gave me was dead flat, eye roll.3.Automated text to me at 1230pm saying it was ready. I turn it at shop, and its not ready, not even been started. Turns out to be an administrative error. I leave, mad.4.I pick it up that afternoon, they informed me that the sim tray has been misplaced. I am mad again. I arrive there and Arthur and me are looking around the carpark for it. Turns out it was put in the back of the case of the loan phone (by Arthur, without mentioning it). Why on earth would you put it there.5. Phone is reassembled in 20mins more waiting. No apology or any sort of acknowledgement of their incompetence and the three round trips to thier shop to get this phone fixed.I dealt with Arthur for all of this. Like I say, nothing egregious, just if you for the cheapest fix - you might get what you pay for. Lesson learned.Edit after Sunny Way reply:Yes, you fulfilled your obligations to get the job done, that was never in question. The issue was all the stuff ups along the way. Mistakes happen, I get that - but when it's mistake after mistake after mistake, that's incompetence - thus 1 star.Edit 2: I've also noticed, after having it on in the dark, there is visible gaps between the screen and housing where the backlight can be seen. Not a massive deal, just another annoyance in the list.Edit 3: Smashed my phone again! This time took it to RTL in Browns Bay. Complete on 2 hours, no fuss, no leaking backlight and pretty much the same price.

Found out they are now in Albany. Good bunch and guys that helped us out with replacing my wife's phone screen and then took it back again no charge to fix the screen when it wouldn't function.

Excellent phone repair service. They have all the technical expertise and repair within a reasonable timeframe.
