Xtreme reflection car detailing

I gave up trying to make an appointment that this guy would actually keep.I got excuses and apologies. Often an appointment would be canceled 1.5 hours before it was due. Then I would have to wait 7-14 days before next available appointment. Then that would get canceled, so back to waiting for next spot. He forgot to schedule a suggested appointment, setting me back again. Apparently car yards take precedent over anyone else! Who wants to wait 6 weeks for a cut and polish? Not me. I have booked somewhere else and to top it off the price is better!You have lost a potentially new and regular customer through your sloppy business practices!
