Worst customer service ever. I called and they didn’t even speak at first, they waited for me to make sure I had the correct company. Not helpful with what I was asking and I would not trust their product as nothing reflects well from their customer service. Learn how to answer the phone to greet customers properly, it is not hard! I would look elsewhere for these products

VERY VERY POOR SERVICE. Pull start is very poor quality on my brush cutter and has broken after minimal usage and zuma are making me pay for a new one. VERY POOR service!! NEGATIVE STARS. To add to this I actually purchased to different items from them now the other brush cutter has issues too. The accelerator cable has stretched and I have to press it in halfway before the throttle opens and there is no more adjustment on the cable. Also one of the handles just fell off due to a bolt falling out. The handle that has fallen off is a factory installed item not something I put together. Grrrr... and zuma are not going to do anything about it. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Bought a post hole borer which dug 25 holes pretty much back to back (as much as I could handle!)... the thing didnt miss a beat. Normally starts first pull from cold. You can tell it isnt a Stihl or anything but for the price it is almost cheaper than hiring and should get the job done!

Bought a new 2 stroke brush cutter from Trade Me which was listed by this company. Only used once on my small lawn and got broken down. Wouldn’t start after that. Called them up to sort out the problem but they clearly said that it must’ve been my fault using it and don’t wanna have it repaired. Giving them 1 star rating is way more than what they deserve. Kindly requesting everyone to be careful of this seller. I should’ve paid a bit more and buy good quality stuff from Bunnings rather than these Asian muppets.Cheers.Steve

My brother in law an I went a very inconvenient 2 hour drive to pick up parts that weren't available when we got there, after being advised they were. The man serving was unhelpful. Very disappointing!

Appauling service, poor quality products and do not follow through with promises or sending replacement parts. Would urge all buyers to look elsewhere if you want to avoid months of frustration.

Brought a blower off these guys via Facebook market place . Met up at a corner store after hours to purchase as i worked nights at the time . Blower became defective shortly afterwards . I returned blower for repair and left them with my business card to contact me on . Whilst this happened I was blocked from Facebook market place so I had no way of contacting them . 3 months went by no call . In hindsight I should of made more effort to contact them . I finally got my market place access back and msg to finding out they had lost my blower or gave it away to someone else and tried to blame me for the time lapse stating / accusing me of picking it up already and that they had forgotten ect ect . In the end they promised me a new blower free of charge . Then blocked me .Yes there's been a major time lapse . Will happily remove review if im given my blower back or given a replacement .
