As a new customer this service will cost you 11 dollars ( new card + quick wash + dry ; 1+6+4 =11) while you can top up the card by multiple of 10 dollars only, without any chance to get back the money from the card. It's a scam asking to pay 20 dollars in for a one-time wash

Wouldn't use the place again....placed $10 worth of coins into machine. $1.20 came up as credit and no tokins dispensed.

Clean and tidy. Had trouble with coin vending machine but e_mailed the given information and got prompt reply. Told me to call and see them at some stage and they will reimburse my tokens. Very happy with their service.

Clean, well set out,great machines quiet and private. All you need is on site. Easy to follow instructions for washing machines and dryers. Complete my safe and secure. I want shopping while washing was happening. Have used more now ana the cost of two 7kg washes was $5. My landlord recently fixed the washing machine for $400!!

Good place.. no wash basin though.. if you go with money coins take some change the machine doesn't change you it keeps those $1 but it's great easy and also has washing powder for sale..

Minimum spending is $10 if you are using your card to pay. In case of any immediate or emergency assistance you need to send them an email and wait for the reply.

Use this place weekly because there aren't a lot of options in the neighbourhood. Otherwise wouldn't. It's expensive and always dirty on weekends. Have considered changing my schedule so that I can get here on a cleaner day! The token machine has eaten money from me and others and is a pain to use. The signage about pricing is woefully misleading. Price on the small washers, for example, says 2.00 (see photo). Which means $4.00. And as others have said sometimes clothes come out wet or still soapy, depends on the machine. Also there is no sink!
