They so rude I ask them to make a coffee but lady said I m closed 15 minutes early at 5pm but there closing time is 5.30 very bad customer service

One of my pit stops to grab a coffee on my way home after shopping. Sometimes when I order a flat white tastes more like a watered down latte. Customer service is okay.
