Relax Restore Massage
Ruth gives a lovely firm massage and seems to know exactly the right spots to work on. Ruth also creates a beautifullly restful environment. Being a trained massage therapist myself I am pretty fussy about who I go to for massage and I thoroughly recommend Ruth.

Relax Restore Massage
I visited Ruth with very sore shoulders and neck from being hunched at the computer. Ruth gave me a fabulous should & back massage, taking care with the right pressure which really provided comfort and ease to the muscles in that area. Very professional and relaxing in a calming atmosphere. Highly recommended.

I had a massage done by Ruth as a gift following the arrival of my wee girl, and it was by far the best massage I have ever received. I have a lot of knots in my back and legs making massages very uncomfortable and I always thought I needed deep tissue. Ruth was able to work my whole body in such a way that I was not uncomfortable at all. It was the first time I actually enjoyed a massage and felt relaxed during it. I wish I worked in the city and could see her regularly. Ruth you’re amazing! Thank you!

That was one of the best experiences of my life. Ruth absolutely knows her stuff and it was amazing. Ruth is a beautiful lady and very easy to talk to. I will be going back before I move. I would most definitely recommend her she is excellent.

Ruth is amazing!! I have been having regular massages since August 2022 and can definitely feel the benefits. I no longer have aches and pains, no sickness and my overall health has improved, I sleep so well and get up easily, ready for the day ahead. The time to switch off and relax is a necessity and a priority in great overall health.
