Leena Spices

I have made many orders over the years and I am pleased with the fast postage and excellent quality herbs and spices. Leena spices have a good range to choose from, in different quantities to suit your needs and at a much better price than supermarkets. I especially like the Moroccan spice mix, with a thin coating on some chicken drums and then baking till golden makes a delicious main dish. I have never had any problems with my orders and usually make two large purchases a year to keep my pantry stocked with all the herbs and spices I need. OMG...I just saw all the new spice mixes, so I will be making an order soon :)

Bought Green Curry powder and was pleased with the result. I gives a flavourful curry with very little heat so you can up the heat yourself to desired level. Product arrived in good shape and in good time.

Love all the spices I have tried :-) Sugar free - yay.Recommend you go back to using the smaller packages- these new ones are more awkward to store in the pantry. Thanks :-)

I discovered Leena's spice mixes a couple of years ago during lockdowns as I was getting back into cooking because I had so much spare time. I have used Leena's Amok curry spice (Cambodian) in fish, prawn and chicken dishes. In have used Achari chicken curry mix, Fish masala, Chettinad masala (for chicken), and bottle masala in chicken, lamb and beef dishes). I really enjoy the exciting and interesting dishes produced with Leena's spice mixes. I have found that I prefer to double the amount recommended though. With one exception, because of a problem with the courier, all my orders have been delivered very promptly. If you enjoy spicy dishes, and I mean spices other than chilli, then these mixes might please you. You can always add a little more chilli to suit your taste.

The order I placed with Leena Spices was well managed. I needed to change the delivery address which they did. My order was sent to the lower South Island very promptly. I was very pleased with the service, especially keeping in touch with me. I would highly recommend this company.
