Arthur Holmes

I have been a customer of Arthur Holmes for many years now under our company Origin Health.I have always found them to be very professional, as sometimes things do go wrong, but have always rectified any problem straight away.They have a very large product range and all their products are of good quality.They have upgraded their invoicing and notification software which has taken their customer service to a new level.I personally can not fault their service, nor their products and will continue to deal with them for as long as I remain in business.

I ordered via the website which was super easy. I also was impressed with their communication around my order - invoicing, when to expect delivery and when the packages were delivered. Would definitely recommend.

The lady I spoke to was very rude when questioned where my order from over 2 months ago is then tried to blame me. Maybe a night class in customer service is what she needs.

We have used Arthur Holmes for our milk bottles for several years now. We needed to get more and ordered them yesterday, not expecting to see them until next year given Xmas and delivery delays etc. They arrived this morning not even 24 hours after ordering. Many thanks for the wonderful service guys, much appreciated.

Returned items over 10 days ago as my order was messed up in the first place. still haven't had a refund everytime I email I get told it will be done the next day its been over 10 days and they said this 5 times now its getting rediculous seems like the staff don't know anything about customer service and aren't putting customers first waste of time and energy will not recommend to anyone

I am just a little home preserver of different foods and the standard size jars are too big as I like to do in portion sizes so it doesn't matter if four for dinner or one. Wonderful range of jars with metal screw-on lids. First time using this company and only got a few to see what their product like. Fabulous!!!! Will be going back for more. Also got some lids for my old recycled jars. Packaged very well, good quality, fast service (I am in chch), and very helpful customer service as I had some issues with my sign-in (my fault). So though I am not a business I highly recommend this for anyone that needs jars or bottles. Note: Good selection of jars for baby food if you make your own or for essential oils or homemade creams and potions as well.
