Terrible customer service. Employees dont care of customers while they looking for goods.Cashier after asking if they do wrapping replied that they do when its not busy, mate its Xmas, its gonna be constantly busy. Better dont offer the service. Furthermore, no paper bags, just textile bags for purchase.Not coming back...

Every time I come here the staff give off the rudest vibe. Is it just me? If I'm standing at the checkout is it weird that I expect to be served? The girl today was so rude it's bizarre! I must learn not to go back there unless I want to feel confused and insulted afterwards

Great little book store. All the books you could want, all in one place. Good little area upstairs for coffee as well.

I stood at the counter waiting to be served by the only staff member at the counter who was doing something there but was ignored. It was super awkward. I didn't know whether to say something or wait for her to tell me what's happening (she may have been helping someone else- I don't know). She slammed the bell to get someone else to serve me, she seemed very angry. He was super lovely which made the a lot second experience a lot better but for someone who rarely goes to whitcoulls I don't think I will ever go there again.

This place has a large selection of books to buy and also some cool other things. It has less things than the bigger whitcoulls but it’s easier to walk through.
