A large macrocarpa limb fell onto my shed and I called in Grant to give me a quote to remove it for an insurance claim. I received the quote within a day and the pricing was so good I asked for a quote to fell the entire tree.I accepted the quote and the job started exactly when it was arranged to start and was completed in 2 days, again as arranged. The team was very professional, polite and informative. The area was left cleaner than when they started, I was very impressed.I would recommend this team to everyone. The tree removed was not easy, it was over 100 years of age and not safe to remain standing. The diameter at the base was over 2m. The job was made trickier due to the fact that there were protected trees around the Mac which could not be harmed in any way.Thank you very much Grant & team.

I used TLS for the removal of an overgrown Griselinia hedge surrounding my property. They came on the date they said they would despite the threat of bad weather. The workers carried on through the rain and did a fantastic job of removing the hedge, mulching and grinding the stumps. Some mulch was left as requested and all the rest taken away leaving the garden and section neat and tidy. I would not hesitate to recommend TLS for this type of work.

we had to hire another company Tree Machine to do the job - that these guys failed to do - mum told me that they basically starred up at the tree - they chopped ONE branch on the WRONG SIDE of the tree - they also chopped up the branch that was already on the ground LIKE REALLY? - that was important? - they scammed mum out of $600 for that job

After an initial email and a a phone call (then a follow up phone call), I was told that someone would get back to me regarding a consult for a upcoming project I've got. Its not the biggest job, but even so I would have expected a reply either way. Disappointed based on other reviews I'd seen.

If you are considering Using this crowd; make sure you get references and get two or more quotes. I am so disappointed. Paid mega $'s & not happy.
