Oil Changers Papanui Limited

Great staff who were attentive and advised on issues that needed addressing. Having the job done while waiting is a great time saver. We live in Marlbourough. and one of our prime reasons for going to Chch was to go to Oil Changers. It would be nice to have a branch in Blenheim or even Nelson. Go there and ask for Adam, he's the man.

Not so good. Waited in line only to find out it would take up to 3 hours to have service done, then told 1 hr 45, all because there was like 5 cars in total on site.... SUPER BUSY apparently... causing the main dude in charge to stress the F out.Bunch of school boys in there that looked lost! Zero confidence in this place.

They stated that the oil bung on my BMW was rounded off, and would not do the job. It was a surprise due to engine work done. Surprise surprise on going to my mechanic, their was no such problem. I'd suggest that they didn't have the tools.

My first time going to Oil Changers Papanui and what an outstanding experience. From the moment I drove the car into the parking area I was warmly greeted. Then taken to the waiting area where I had the choice of making a drink while my car was getting a new Filter and Oil. I was so impressed with the team down there. A spotlessly clean working environment, excellent service, all very professional and friendly and customer service was exceptional (very rare these days, especially at this time of year). So a big thank you to you all (including the lovely friendly receptionist). I would highly recommend this team and will be back next year. You guys are all awesome. Kind Regards..Margie Smith. I went to papanui for oil change and it turns out engine flush, and the boys there were polite, professional and very informative, understanding my need for keeping costs low . Quick efficient and fantastic service . Congrats to Adam,(?) Brad and Zac your customer service is a credit to your boss . I will be back in future and be recommending to others.

This place massively exceeded my expectations. Not only was the whole arrangement so convenient and smoothly carried out, but the staff were also very friendly and professional.I also love the fact that you can use the FREE coffee machine in the waiting room while also being able to watch through the glass windows and see how the professionals do their job.
