Just got our new ducted heat pump system installed by the Flocon team. They did an absolutely fantastic job and we couldn't be happier with it. Great communication and professionalism. Very highly recommended.

Carl and his team were amazing. They got back to us quickly, were clear about the process and efficient with the installation. The heat pump was cheaper than I had seen elsewhere and top quality. We also made a mistake quickly after installation, which Carl quickly remedied for us, despite it being completely our own fault. Top notch service and a fantastic team. Thanks guys! I can't wait to be warm for winter :)

Got a high wall unit installed just in time for summer. Carl was easy and friendly when coming to our house to do the quote. The duo that installed it were also friendly, polite and professional and cleaned up nicely after their job. I checked around a few places and this one seemed to be the best deal and a great service to boot.

I'm super impressed with Carl and his team. We've had a nightmare trying to keep our daughters room cool. Every other quote we had said it would be 3 weeks before we csn get our heat pump installed. Due to Carl prioritizing seniors and infants we had to wait 4 days. The install is extremely well done. It's tidy and the unit itself is top quality. The price was super competitive. To be honest it wasn't the cheapest quote we got but Carl was so awesome we decided to go with him.i am so happy with flocon I couldn't recommend them highly enough!

This was an experience in the modern day to behold!!! Way beyond 10/10.Flocon could not have been better. Carl and the team were professional from the get go, sorted what was required to suit, as the original Aircon unit installed was way too small for purpose and died. Right from the initial consultation with Carl the process, went seamless. Carl is an upfront guy, friendly, punctual, and true to his word. My written quote was received by COB that day, descriptive, itemised, and they removed the old units.(other quotes were @ least $300 more, with no removal, and a 3 min consultation) The servicemen, Nilesh who installed, and Jordan, who is the sparky, were both punctual, respectful, and cleared their workspace when finished. Old fashioned service, that is truly hard to come by nowadays. Highly recommend this company! Great job!

Service was not bad. But charged me $140 plus GST for the wall bracket so the outdoor unit can be mounted on the outside wall instead of the plastic feet!I didnt notice that it wasnt included in the quote since I thought I made it clear to the sales guy. Anyways, I would have said no to the service if I had known it would cost a that much for that bracket.I just got a quote for another heatpump foe another room, and bracket costs only $52 inc GST!Took sometime as well to get the COC, but no big deal on that one.So would I get them again OR recommend them? Probably nah. In fact, I didnt get them for the other heatpump I had installed to another room im the house.

Installing a Heat pump was a big ticket item for me, so I did a lot of research beforehand. I decided to go with Flocon and was very happy with the result. The Head of Sales suggested a number of options, concentrating on what would work best, rather than what was the most expensive – at one point saying ‘not to waste my money’ on something I suggested.The installers turned up exactly on time and were careful with our possessions during the installation. The install itself wasn’t straightforward due to our house layout, but the end result looks fabulous. I came home to a totally clean house and a happy household.I would recommend Flocon to my friends and would certainly use them again.
