I absolutely recommend this company. I ordered handles and hinges remotely, based on superb advice from Julia over the phone and via email. I can only tautoko all the other reviews that praise her amazing customer service and detailed knowledge. I was a terrible customer who spent weeks dithering but Julia's patience and enthusiasm never waned. She organised dispatch of several samples for me to check against the doors and this was pivotal to making a good decision. I've ended up with a really good outcome and can rest easy knowing I considered all possibilities.
