Very unprofessional and rude mannered Rep in the after sales service department, trying to blame installers for a manufacturer fault and his line manager is very similar just saying he's to busy.Matter is still unresolved, carpet from there premium range is continuing to detach from the base.Three site visits have been done with hand falls of carpet been pulled out or cut with scissors by after sales service.quote from Godfrey Hirst Rep as long as clumps aren't coming out in your fingers like a old shaggy dog it's okay" Also giving me his business card with wrong phone number on it.This is the company and people I'm dealing with."
