Like all the other reviews, I have nothing remotely bad to say about the service I received from Scot. Everything was great - as great as it can be in this situation. My family has gone to Scot twice in two years for the heartbreaking losses of our two beautiful cats. Both times, he has been kind, understanding and helpful.
