Outstanding service! First time using Burgers, and excellent communication from the team informing me prior to repairs. Picked up my 335i BMW today, and it feels like driving a brand new car! Amazing service, took my 2014 Audi A4 S-line in for a service, was expecting a huge bill but was pleasantly surprised when it came out very reasonable and affordable. Same price service as I paid for my 2007 corolla. Headlight needed new electrical part and they ordered in a new one for me, next day it was fitted and they took the car back to VTNZ to get the WOF done. Took few hundred off the bill because they said some of the labor had already been done, very very honest people. Loyal customer for life, must take your car to Burger's!

Total scammers! The tranmission light came on for a few monitues while driving, so out of an abundance of caution took my car down to these guys to give it a once over. They told me stories of how its in a very dangerours state and foot a $10000 buck qoute for me to fix (I had bought the car for that much). I just didnt have the money to fix anything, so they suggested they change the spark plugs and hope for the best. I did that, at a much smaller fee of course. Later that week, I took it to an official BMW servicing outlet who told me nothing was wrong, so I pegged the fault to be with the spark plugs. Hoorah, right? Wrong!!! Its about 8 months in now, and during the service now, I am told the spark plugs are too far gone!!!! In 8 months, really? From the start these guys were so not believeable. Will never go near them again!
