Love Rubber Monkey! Love how fast they are with there shipping, they even put a few sweets in the packages for ya. The rental side of things is also a game changer. Prompt quick service, great brand product at an excellent price. Not next day though as advertised, if for example product is not sourced from your locale. Expected delivery was incorrect, never arrived that date (taking out the weekend) but the next day, which was a minor irritation.

I recently purchased a Cort G280 Select electric guitar from Rubber Monkey. I’m a bit disappointed with the condition of the guitar as delivered.Price: $1159.00Sale price: $944.00 + $25.00 shipping.The guitar has a quality control ticket showing that the guitar met factory specifications when it left the factory.However:-1. The neck was bowed and needed to be adjusted.2. The frets are not at the correct height ( causing strings to buzz & rattle against the upper frets), even when I reset the guitar to Cort factory specifications. To get the frets filed and dressed properly will probably cost me $250.00.3. The strings were black with corrosion.I presume that this guitar had been in storage for some time ( judging by the condition of the strings).On a positive note:-1. I purchased the guitar on sale. Discounted $215.00.2. Delivery was very prompt. I’ve bought many things on Rubber Monkey for my guitar teaching business (S & J Entertainment Limited), without any concerns.Conclusion:- These problems (apart from the rusted strings) could have their origins at the Cort factory. However, I read dozens of reviews before considering this guitar, and no-one seems to have issues such as these. I would expect a guitar priced at around the $1000.00 mark to not have these problems. I do suspect that being in storage for some time may be more the cause.
