I took my friend's father to get a new set of dentures for his upper jaw. It took seven visits of around five to ten minutes for James to complete the process. It turned out that the dentures on his lower jaw were worn and in need of replacing (as his bite was now altered) and James didn't want to make poor fitting dentures that would exacerbate the old guy's incorrect bite.I found James to be fantastic with my friend's father. His mannerism is professional and respectful. He was mostly on time for all our visits.
