Everytime we order from this BK the food and service is terrible, waited almost and hour and a half for the food to arrive and when it did we were missing basically all of our food.

If your looking for local fast food burgers this is your best bet. Highland park McDonald's is probably the worst McDonald's in auckland and with the KFC always forgetting to add supercharged sauce and Carl's JR being avg all round burger King is really the king of highland park

Came here today, useless staff, ordered a vegetarian burger, gave full meat patties. Made the person it was for sick. Went back to tell the manager. Did not seem to care. Useless staff. Useless management. And useless food checking. Fully incompetent and no respect. Go anywhere but here.

Chipotle burger was ordered. Far too much jalapeños and Chipotle sauce, I like a hot curry but that burger was so hot in flavour it was unejoyable. Burger was thrown together and customer service was poor.

It was kind of hard for them to understand I wanted vegan aioli even though it said you could have it but after we figured it out everything was fine. The food was good and it wasn't cold it was actually hot and the service was average for a fast food restaurant and the atmosphere was great. I recommend this fast food place to anyone even if you are vegan.
