Purchased a Sentinel Home through an Auction which was a New Build. Nate Alley the Managing Director was amazing in assisting us with selecting the right furniture for our New Home. Whiteware was install into the house. TV Installation. Security Fence. Installation of our Curtains and Blinds. Our New Home was also being judged for House of the Year for our Region and we worked with Nate so our house could be judged before moving in. I visited the Waikato pop up showhome recently, which looks amazing. Sentinel homes has great workmanship and attention to detail. Nate and the team are easy to work with and very professional in what they do.

We recently built our custom designed home with Sentinel. We chose them because of their awards and reputation. For us our home was a passionate project and we needed a team that would treat it accordingly. Added to this we were building completely online from overseas from concept to delivery. Boy were we not disappointed. Our build traversed NZ's toughest time in the building industry. We had headwinds of supply chain disruption, inflation, interest rate hikes and COVID. Sentinel provided a team backed by its senior management that partnered with us the whole way through. We found them to be open, transparent and level headed. No hype or empty promises. We loved that we never experienced BS. They go the extra mile to really help and we were never made to feel like a number. They're a great team supported by great leadership. We would build with them again.

We built with Nate and Del Alley in 2016. It took 14 weeks for the build and we were impressed at the quality of the advice given, the design help and the finished home. We gave them a budget at the beginning and we believe they gave us the best house for our budget. We didn't have to deal with budget blowouts which was the most important thing and we were involved throughout the process with Sentinel staff and the builder and other sub-contractors. Everyone was on the same page. There were the normal hold ups with subbies, but Nate handled these so that the build was on time. We live in a new subdivision and some of the stories of other home builds have shown us that we picked the best company. If we were to build again, we wouldn't hesitate to work with Nate and Del.

We recently worked with Nate and the team at Sentinel Homes Waikato on their recent pop up showhome. The quality and design of the house was exemplary and every finish was completed to an exceptional standard. It was a pleasure to work on this home and I look forward to working with this team again in the future.

We viewed Sentinel Homes new show home! Such a stunning home! From the design, to the finer details, everything was thought out perfectly! From the first time we walked into the Hamilton show home up to the day we moved into our new home, everyone in the Sentinel Homes family have been fantastic. Everything from the design stage through to the choosing of colours, fixtures and fittings and the build process was so made so easy and stress free.
