After sales care is good as they swapped faulty product but they could do better with their communication such as returning emails and letting customer know that they are dealing with issue.

Absolutely love the range here. Huge showroom floor jam packed with beautiful pieces. Have brought my kitchen island, mattress, show piece sofa chair and lounge suite from here. Great customer service. Superfurn is my go to furniture store.

In the last couple of months we purchased two dinning chairs and a large couch from Superfurn. We had phenomenal service and the furniture is beautiful, highly recommend them if you are looking to jazz up your space with some new quality furniture!

Lady not interested in showing me anything. Just talking to her friend. Not interested in selling me what I wanted or discussing options as she declined QOIN completely. She was rude and very dismissive. Will not go back ever
