Literally charged me $50 and two MONTHS time to tell me he didn't know how to repair my car key (which I needed) My car went flat and I had to get the key repaired by someone else, not only that but when he told me to drive to town to pick it up at midday I called him asking where he was and he was THREE HOURS AWAY. Im sure he can repair shoes but MY GOD DO NOT GO HERE TO REPAIR YOUR KEY.

We lost the smart key to our Atenza and Amit made one up and programmed it the same day at very short notice. It took 20 minutes. His price was the most reasonable price we had come across in Tauranga, and less than half the price that Mazda wanted. Mazda were total BS, telling us it would be one price but then after we booked it in and dropped it off, they doubled the price over the phone. Amit quoted over the phone and thats how much it was. Thanks for everything today!

The remote key for my car stopped working. Amit from Bay Shoe Repairs was able to figure out the problem and replace the key for me.I’d been quoted by several other business for a key replacement, all of which were at least twice the cost of Bay Shoe Repairs. The replacement I received has been working flawlessly.If you live in Tauranga and are contemplating whether or not the drive to Te Puke is worth it for their business, it definitely is!

Yesterday I went to the locksmith in Te Puke as my car key had broken and she was so rude, wouldn’t help me at all. So I called my dad and he knew about “Bay Shoe Repairs” so I popped around the corner to see the guy that works in there and he was the kindest person to help me out with my car key. His service was amazing!!!
