Phil has been amazing! So passionated and professional, he did a wonderful job on our antique violin, and Phil also made the violin so clean when we receive it back, highly recommend to everyone!!!

Phil is a very friendly and kind man who I can see is very passionate about his work and takes pride in his craft. My daughter bought a new 3/4 violin recently and as with some new violins, a few issues arose that needed adjustment. Phil was very patient with us parents who are not musicians to explain the issues and helped to put it right. We came to this place due to the high reputation and high rating even though we have to travel over half an hour by car to get there across harbour bridge, but the couple of extra trips made to fix issues were still worth the effort with the beautiful violin that my daughter enjoys playing with. She is now playing toward her grade 6 and she is loving the new violin.

Our old 1991 skylark violin has a new life when it has new strings and bow. Thank you! It’s the best Xmas gift for our beloved girl. It used to be my husbands violin and it’s going to accompany my girl to many years of her violin learning journey ahead!
