The products are great, the prices are great. Their dispatch timeframes, and the time an item takes to be delivered isn’t acceptable in 2023. It shouldn’t take two weeks, no one would accept that as fair and reasonable.Their systems or lack of are giving customers like myself a terrible experience.Hopefully they figure it out, as it seriously makes me consider sourcing furniture from a different company.

Do not buy a cot and mattress from here. The cots are very difficult to assemble and require putting screws in with minimal room to actually tighten. The mattress shrinks over time, we have a massive gap now between our mattress and cot which we have to fill in to ensure the cot is safe. The mattress springs are also very hard and sometimes protrude up through the fabric. Would not recommend.

Due to the mixed google reviews I was hesitant to place an order with Mocka, having never shopped on their website before. I am excited to say the entire process from looking and ordering online, to the communication from the Customer service team once the order was placed, through to the delivery company and tracking, was all brilliant. We ordered on a Monday night, and the table was here Wednesday morning same week, in perfect condition, really easy to put together. Very happy with our table for the price and speed at which we could get it, compared to other on site shops in Christchurch.

Instead of putting the packages one metre further sheltered, plus not in the garden, these folks opted for in the garden with no shelter. Consistently, bad service.... From the courier partners you've chosen in Wellington. I like your products, but hate your chosen courier: (

Good quality furniture and great assembly instructions which makes all the difference! We built 2 bedside tables, a chest of drawers and a desk in 2 evenings with no dramas.The courier split the delivery, arriving at different times without notice which was confusing but the Mocka customer service team handled it great.One piece of advice is get rid of the polystyrene in the packaging though.

I have had some bedroom furniture for close to 2 years now and can honestly say that this is the worst quality of furniture I have ever purchased. For what you pay I feel I have been robbed as is so poorly put together and is the cheapest material on the market. Would not buy again.

Unfortunately furniture from Mocka is of very poor quality and it is very over priced given how quickly the furniture falls apart. We bought some drawers (Georgia) for our daughter's room and these fell apart before the end of the first year. In addition, the smell of these drawers was so potent/toxic when they arrived we had to put them in our garage and leave them there for over a month to air out until we could actually put them in our daughter's room. We have also had a Mocka shelving unit which totally collapsed (all the screws came loose) all of a sudden and fell on top of our toddler. We have since learned our lesson and have started buying new furniture from more reliable stores. We have replaced our shoddy bookshelf from Mocka with a beautiful, new solid wood bookshelf from My duckling. While it may cost a little more, the quality is light years ahead and worth every cent. I recommend saving your money and paying a bit more for something that lasts.

Although some products are really nice, the courier company that they use is rubbish. It takes ages to get the items, even I received a product from Australia before them, and it’s not new, my first time buying from this site was 2018 and I was shocked with the delivery times which is not even cheap. I don’t understand if many customers complain about the same thing why they don’t deal properly with it?Secondly, it’s overpriced. You can find many similar products way cheaper in a different store and when I did compare the materials they are the same, so it’s not even about quality, also the Sale price is joke.

Love my new Kenny desk! It's larger than I expected, perfect if you have lots of folders or books. You can see my surface pro 3 (red) on the left side of the desk in the picture for scale. The assembly instructions were clear and it arrived really carefully packed. The shipping was also really quick. Thanks!

The entertainment unit I bought was pretty easy to put together, provided the instructions were followed. It definitely helped that I’ve made a few flat pack things before. Once constructed it is actually very good looking and I’ve received several compliments about it. Build quality is way higher than you might expect for the price. 10 out of 10, would buy again.
