Dynamic Outdoor Solutions recently installed a louvre system on our deck and we could not be more thrilled with the louvre and their service. It wasn't the easiest install but not only did Werner, Gabriella and the team work out how to do it, they've ensured the end result looks fantastic too. We really have added another room to our house - for both sunshade and rain shelter. It was installed a month ago and has already had loads of use. What a transformation! I contacted a number of companies and Werner and Gabrielle were the first to actively get back to me. They came out for a site visit and I was impressed with their knowledge of the product and the ensuing conversation about design ideas. The design was a little tricky due to the angles of the house. The installation took a little longer than expected due to Covid delays. I am so impressed with the final product, design, look and quality. Werner and Gabrielle were super easy to communicate with and always professional and knowledgeable.

Product is fine, but costumer service is terrible. We have been calling for 7 months now to have someone come out and fix our newly installed roof so we can open our window. Not a single call back from the company. Very frustrating- from start to Finish communication was lacking..
