1Jul16 This is a self storage facility made out of containers owned by Royal Wolf This is the company that in 2010 diverted a ship load of containers, already en route from China to Australia, to Lyttleton port in New Zealand's South Island shortly after the big earthquake. At that time Royal Wolf containers were used for emergency accommodation, field storage, temporary shops and security. A very entrepreneurial American mate, Ron Valenta, is a major shareholder.

Service ok until they were asked to remove container. They said they could not as too much rain. They then said they must charge 9 times the monthly rental to remove prepaid removal. Or keep container where it is for a month or two while weather changes. The container rental continues while they are unable to remove container. The conditions of delivery and removal are identical. So be warned they are inflexible in their dealings.
