Ethan was super helpful. He really took into account our financial situation in offering advice and directing us toward services. Overall Midas seemed more expensive than some other auto shops, but Ethan was upfront about the costs and always provided options based on our constraints.

Great Work Dave! Took my Z33 in after blowing my head gaskets. Dave gave me multiple options on how we could tackle the issue, with either getting a second hand motor or rebuild the engine and salvage parts that could be saved, to name a couple. Dave talked me through everything step by step and we ended up rebuilding the engine. And as soon as it was put together, it started first pop and has been better than when it first came out of the factory. Awesome work. More work coming your way and I’m confident that it’ll turn out awesome!

Terrible service! Took it in for a quote, they went ahead and performed the repair without consulting me, and without my authorization. They used a 2nd hand part (again, without even telling me) which turned out to be faulty. The Dave I dealt with was rude to me and the communication was really inadequate. I felt intimidated and had to ask Dave to please lower his voice, to which he responded: well

Poor service overall, had my work van booked for a service. Went to great pains to explain the type of van and size. Took the day off work to drop it off and on arrival I was told it wouldn’t fit. I accepted this however the manager started blaming the junior member of the team for the mistake and not owning it as the boss.
