Warehouse Stationery (P&C) - Newmarket

Don't bother printing your photos in store. Order online and pick up, don't waste your time.Had an extremely sub par experience here. Will not be coming back.

Service here is great not perfect (who is?) but it’s decent, though others may think otherwise because they don’t take into account how understaffed warehouse stationary is but they’re doing a great job and handling it great considering the amount of work they are doing and in the time of them moving across the road soon.I’d say some customers need to cut the staff some slack because warehouse stationary Newmarket are doing great considering the obstacles they are facing and the amount of orders and customers they have in a short staffed work place. They are 100% trying to do their job and learn.To the people that are complaining if you don’t know how a printer or photo machine works please be considerate of the time it takes for it to work so don’t take it out on the staff.Cheers<3

Don’t know what the bad reviews fuss is all about. Good place, inexpensive and quick printing and all automated, flawless machines, (15 cents a one side print, that’s half the price from the other place I used to go), very good range of services and goods available. Clean, tidy, well lit, well presented, spacious place. People might be leaving their bad reviews for another location … I didn’t have to try the customer service so I wouldn’t know but the guy there seemed professional.

Thought I could get decent printing from Warehouse Stationery - sent proper file through with bleed room and trim lines, the prints were printed as the exact size (A3/A5) and then trimmed so they don't fit in required frames. Also, I wasn't notified about lower quality of paper being used pre-order, I stupidly still agreed to pay. I wouldn't recommend getting your printing done here.

Pick up the phone call! Been calling for many times during the working hours! None of them are being answered!

They moved inside warehouse a while ago. I've been there 3 times and all 3 times I questioned why I bothered. Zero attentiveness, painfully slow service, to the point I want to get in and operate the copier myself. But that's if they manage to even get someone at the kiosk. Honestly, if you value your time, buy a copier and printer.

Gregory and Laura were outstanding. Some of the best customer service I've ever had. They are SO on to it and welcomed you with a smile.

Came in for the binding service. Despite the long line, and the long hours that Laura was working that day, she still provided great customer service. She called back fast when the binding was done. Thanks Laura!(And hopefully this place gets more staff in the future, cuz the workload each staff has to take seems a lot)
