Worst to deal with ever took years to get what paided for. Lack of respect and rude.Gave up in end wouldnt ever deal with them. They just past the buck to the next person. Total time wasters

Horrible place to deal with. I wished I had read the reviews before engaging them. Whatever you do. Do not put deposits down or prepay orders.Communication is very poor. Don't expect email replies. And if you want a refund you will never see one. Stay clear of this place!!!

I had the most disappointing and disgusting experience with this company. I wish I read all these reviews first. Absolutely rude staff and utterly incapable. Placed an order and they dragged us along for 3 months, every time we called up another rude employee would tell us they would call us back and they never would and then we got a really rude email from them, save yourself the trouble and do not go with this company!!!!!

I visited The Glassroom whilst on holiday and was happy to see their great selection of Mosaic glass. I found the lady there very helpful and friendly. I have since ordered glass on line and found the communication and service to be very good.

We have recently dealt with the Glassroom. I would highly recommend them and have had nothing but great service from them. Caley was amazing and Ian was great with the installation

Fantastic service. Phone about a Glass ring saw and received great advice and information. Purchased over the phone, quick and simple. Will definately be using the glass room again.

Prompt reply to order which was placed late on a Friday night. My order was quickly packaged after payment and ready to be picked up within a day.

Unfortunately their website is not set up to complete orders so you have to make your request and wait to be called back, but they will wait for you to call them first probably to save money on a mobile call. Also though you put in the request, it does not guarantee the items are in stock. Not worth the effort.

Initial experience was good very helpful but once the quote was given, the communication and final arranging of our splashback was extremely poor. I contacted them numerous times by phone and email but no response. Eventually got some reply and the product was made and fitted. The end result was great and I am very happy.However, I wanted a second part of the initial job done, managed to get a quote but have heard nothing since despite making email and phone contact asking them to proceed. I am assuming they are not interested which is a shame . Probably wouldnt recommend them even though I was happy with the product due to the bad (or lack of) communication which goes on for months. I have given 4 stars for the product but would give 2 stars for the customer service.
