Wasn't very helpful at all

I'm not a review writer, but was compelled to share my positive experience with Automotive Diagnostics ServicesI was connected with the ADS team via my roadside rescue policy when our family vehicle broke down on the State Highway south of Geraldine. ADS dispatched a car trailer to collect the vehicle which arrived within the hour on a Sunday afternoon. Our vehicle was towed to the ADS workshop in Ashburon where they ran a diagnostics test first thing Monday morning and had the vehicle running and ready to go by 9am.Fantastic communication and genuinely lovely team. They made a stressful situation so much more manageable.Highly recommend David, Claire and the team.

I bought a battery for my Nissan from here which went flat twice. I took it back both times to be recharged which I had to pay for. I thought they would have sold me a battery that would be suitable for my vehicle. After the battery went flat a third time I went to supercheap auto who recharged my battery for free and advised me the battery I have in my car is under power which is why my dash darkens when I put my lights on. Not sure I would recommend Automotive Diagnostics in the future

David was the AA person on call when I broke down on State High 1. The service I received from Dave and the team at Automotive Diagnostic Servicing was amazing , very kind caring, supportive nothing was a problem. If I lived in Ashburton I would be using there service.
