Always a good experience but i overheard a group of the dental assistants talking sht about a couple of clients for no reason at all other than their teeth are bad. I heard this after they had told the client that they are on track and that their teeth looked amazing. this is not professional and extremely rude. as well as they have amazing orthodontists, some are not fit for their role.
