Went in with my grandfather and the older lady with a blonde/grey shoulder length hair was very pushy, very rude and kept ignoring me when I was trying to help my grandfather remember why we were there, as my grandfather gets confused. She then cancelled cards that didn't need cancelling which caused issues with his bills, and issued a new credit card for him that also wasn't needed.
