Needed a new mirror glass for my car. They did the job in real quick time and the price was totally reasonable.great service ..fully recommend them.

They were very helpful and gave good advice. They quickly cut glass to size for me while I waited and also gave me free Putty and Points.

Couple of the boys came over and got my mirror up perfectly. They explained the process and how it was going to be fixed onto brand new tile. They came back like they said they would and got the job done. In fact the whole experience from the first initial contact to install was pleasant and cost was very good. These folks are extremely helpful and go the extra mile. We really liked a mirror with LED strip light behind it that we saw online in a photo that Glass & Glazing created a little while back. We contacted Mihi who found the specs of the mirror that we liked and gave us a quote very quickly.Mihi advised that the builder normally installs a backing board on the tiles before their installer comes out and glues the mirror to the backing board. The builder was unsure what to do and would rather not deal with it so then Duncan contacted me and went the extra mile and got a custom size backing board made from their next door kitchen joinery place and got it spray painted black so it would match our tiles colour. Duncan did not have to do this and it was extra work for him and his team but they care about the customer's request.We then had a power point issue on the tiled wall which was being obstructed by the backing board that Grant and Nick brought along to install and that meant we would not be able to get our LED strip lighting as they would have to simply cover up the power point with the backing board in front of it.I had given up at that point for my quest for LED strip lighting and told Grant & Nick to just install the backing board and that we will live without the LED strip. The guys could have just taken the easy way out for my own miscalculations with the power point install location that I did and they could have simply installed the backing board, mirror and that is their job done but they knew how much we wanted the LED strip running behind the mirror so they requested me to call my sparky who arrived within 5 mins.Between Grant, Nick and my sparky (Sam from Bo & Co Electrical is awesome) they figured out a plan to remove the power point front cover and then Grant & Nick would then use a router back at their factory to cut the area the size of a electrical backer box at the exact location on the backing board where our power point's backer box is and our sparky would install a transformer inside the backer box and run the LED strips around the backing board once Grant and Nick brought back it back after doing the routing work.This meant an additional couple of trips for Grant and Nick to Cambridge from their Hamilton factory but they cared about the customer's ultimate goal and making it happen attitude. The mirror they manufactured with 70 degrees radius around the corners and LED strip light running around it in the background looks amazing. Thanks fellas. Great service all around.

The whole team has been really nice and professional all throughout the whole process from quotation until installation. We are really satisfied and happy with the mirrors and the service. Highly recommended!
