Just left my appointment and I have to say my experience was truly a pleasant one! Jane and the staff were very friendly, they politely ensured everyone adhered to their safety measures against COVID, and my appointment was very quick and painless. Nice woman but I was complaining of an itchy irritated inner ear and all she did was clean the small bit of earwax out and charged me $70, turns out I have an ear infection so not impressed that that was missed considering the hefty price

I’m a diver and get my ears de waxed yearly as I head overseas. Brilliant service, easy painless.Ever since I had ear problems way out in the middle of nowhere and was unable to dive I have had this done, great insurance!
